The Restaurant

The horizons are bright, Spring is upon us and the menu is now peas, broad beans, Jersey Royals, wild garlic, Alexanders, purslane, sea greens – every piece of green we can lay our hands on. Every leaf, shoot, herb and vegetable is picked and prepped and put in the pot to make soups, salads and many other lovely things to jolly along our menu into Spring.  Most welcome and indeed so are you, our dear customers.
