Quo Vadis & Friends: "The Truffle Dinner" with Bellini Travel​

​​​​As Judy Garland would’ve sung, “Forget your troubles, come on get happy! We’re going to the truffle land!” Who better then, to collaborate with on the most wonderful time of the Italian culinary year, than Bellini Travel’s Emily FitzRoy, a donna recognised by many as the foremost expert on travel and entertaining in the land of cavatelli and Caravaggio.

On 2nd November, Emily is coming to QV with una regina della pasta​, Carlotta Soper​, who will cook with Jeremy a menu of:

crostini & bruschette
baked eggs
fresh pasta, fatto a mano
winter leaf salad
​Italian cheese
biscotti & grappa​
£​70 (not including truffle)

Some details are to be finalised but one thing is for certain, the white truffles, from our favourite truffle hound, Zak at Wiltshire Truffles, will be offered -as usual- by the gram at cost price, so you can have as much or as little as you like to scatter over your supper.​

​We will have some very special, very big Tuscan wines, and even a little piano playing and song by Izo FitzRoy in the club afterwards.
