Quo Vadis & Friends: Kebab Queen
Self-proclaimed kebab lovers @stephen.tozer and Ed Brunet founded Soho’s @eatlebab in 2014. La Gavroche trained Executive Chef @manuelcanaleslll joined shortly after, bringing a new level of culinary ability to the team. The Babs are seasonal, ingredient-driven restaurants, adding a modern gastronomic way of thinking to ancient inspiration.
Early in 2019, Kebab Queen opened, pushing the boundaries of kebabs to create a unique, fine dining experience which has been met with a rave review from The Times and a rare 5 stars from Time Out.
Anyone who has managed to get a reservation at the 8-seat restaurant for a surreal and wonderful kebab-inspired tasting menu will know why we are so excited. For those who haven’t, this event will offer a more informal, but no less genius taste of the action.
