A champion of the food culture and culinary traditions of countries less explored, award-winning author (latest book, Kaukasis), chef, and all round excellent human, Olia Hercules joins us to cook a feast reflecting the cuisines of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Moldova.

Expect home made lardo, fermented tomatoes, Wild boar kharcho (Georgian walnut stew), and more besides.

Tickets are on sale now. £55 including a welcome drink – Ukrainian vodka based, as is fitting.
