Working with Laurie Timpson of the brilliant Savernake Knives (friend of Sam Hart’s for over thirty years), Jeremy Lee has designed a set of four knives he reaches for most. A paring knife, a slender carver, a heftier chef’s, and a chopper-style mid-size, each one drawn, prototyped and refined to Jeremy’s hand, and etched with a QV100 engraving.
The handles are made from an old London Plane that came down in Soho Square in April 2022, and was briefly famous for nearly taking out Paul McCartney’s offices.
All nine tonnes of trunk were donated by Westminster Council to Fallen and Felled, before making their way into the hands of Laurie.
These beauties are available to purchase individually, or as a full set directly from the Savernake Knives website.
