For March’s guest chef event, we venture outside the capital to poach some mega-talent from Heston Blumenthal’s 15th Century restaurant in Bray, The Hind’s Head.
The one Michelin star establishment practices not the whizzes and bangs you might expect, but rather versions of classic British dishes, both the famous and the unjustly forgotten, with incredible technical dexterity.
Expect braised beef and treacle tarts to send you into an ecstatic, nostalgic spin.
