QV & Friends: Five Easy Pieces - The Men

In 2018, we assembled a group of chefs cooking some of the most sensational things on the dining scene. ‘Easy Pieces’ was formed, an all-star lineup of Jackson Boxer, Merlin Labron-Johnson, Tim Spedding, James Lowe and Jeremy, each cooking a spectacularly delicious course.

News of their comeback in Jan whipped up fan frenzy, but due to scheduling conflicts (and in typical boyband fashion), two of the original members can’t make it. Happily, Seb Myers and our very own Frank Fletcher have stepped in, and we could not be more thrilled.

James joins us after the much-mourned closure of Lyle’s and amidst preparations for his eagerly awaited new project. Jackson, on a knockout streak, will debut a dish from his new venture opening in May. Tim breezes in from Cornwall to treat us to a most delightful fish course, and Seb arrives on a wave of acclaim, with Planque named London’s best by Vittles.
