Quo Vadis & Friends: Max Rocha
Launching the series this June will be Max Rocha, a London-based, Dublin-raised chef, who has cooked at London institutions St John Bread and Wine, Spring and River Cafe.
Max is currently planning to open a café towards the end of this Summer, named Cafe Cecilia and situated on the canal off Broadway Market. His cooking is unfussy, seasonal and might we say, quite chic. He has promised us Guinness bread.
