Two absolute darlings join us this October from one of Jeremy’s favourite East End locals, The Marksman. With direct lineage from the St John family tree, Tom and Jon are now purveyors of some of the very finest buns, pies, (*those* brown butter and honey) tarts and much more at their own establishment in Hackney.

A little while ago Jeremy cooked an Elizabeth David menu at one of Marksman’s celebrated Cookbook Dinners. We now look forward to our turn inviting the crew back to ours for an evening of proper public house food as the nights draw in.
