We feel very privileged to announce ​that Brett Graham and The Ledbury team will join us at Quo Vadis this September for a special game dinner, not to be missed.

A then-25 year old Brett opened The Ledbury in Notting Hill in 2005 and quickly established a reputation for his exquisite style of modern British cooking with an emphasis on wild and reared game and seasonal vegetables. ​​The restaurant has since been awarded the coveted second Michelin star and also a place in the World’s 50 Best Restaurant list.

Such is his care over provenance that in 2017 Brett teamed up with Aynhoe Park’s James Perkins to help manage and maintain the deer park in the grounds, introducing different breeds that might make the restaurant table.

Brett will be serving ​​an ‘estate to plate’ feast for us for one night only, and will be on hand to share a little wisdom on game and his incomparable restaurant.
