Our love for Black Axe Mangal knows no bounds. Lee Tiernan may have forged his skills at St. John but his own gastronomic manifestation is more psychedelic-glitter-death-metal than the austere pared-back quiet whites of his alma-mater. We could eat his offaly, Mission-spiced flatbreads every day.

Our love for Burn’s Night is also infinite.
