A Feast to Herald Hogmanay

Come and welcome in 2019, right in the bosom of your own club.

​We’re putting on a rather splendid feasting-style dinner of four courses and Champagne on arrival.

​​We’re thinking snacks of salsify and salt cod brandade, anchoide and crostini, salads to start, with bitter leaves, goat’s curd and green toms. Beetroot, orange and tomato salads. Then a venison number (veg. alternative available upon request.) And a tumble of walnut meringues and then petit fours to finish. Subject to change but that’s what’s on JL’s mercurial mind at the moment.

Arrival Champagne from 7.45pm​
Dinner at 8.15pm prompt

At midnight, Jeremy will ring in the new year himself by whacking a great gong. And what better start could you have than that?​​​

We will have a DJ in the Club, which will be open as usual for members. Please contact Ellie for guest list for your guests.
