Quo Vadis & Friends: Nick Bramham
14th June
Nick Bramham is head (and sole) chef at @qualitywinesfarringdon, the younger, hot Mediterranean cousin of @qualitychop. Dishing out gildas, mortadella paninos and pig fat cannoli on the regular, Quality Wines is a pretty sexy place to be.
And so we asked Nick over to ours. He describes himself as a ‘pizza obsessive, film nerd and travel nut,’ all of which we believe to be true. But we also know him to be one of the most intuitively inventive chefs in the game, with an instinct for what will make diners salivate, and really just damn good taste.
On the 14th, Nick will cook a four course family-style supper – there has been mention of fig and fennel stuffed suckling pig – and tickets at £60 include a welcome drink. We can cater to dietary requirements if advised in advance.
Tickets are now on general sale. Book via @resylondon, selecting 14th June and ‘QV & Friends’.
