Quo Vadis & Friends: Bake On! Ravneet Gill, Anna Higham and Jeremy Lee

20th July

Buckle up for a veritable bun fight with this one, chaps! Three of the UK’s foremost flour alchemists, united in a love of pastry, are coming together to make magic in their pinnies and oven gloves.

You might know @ravneeteats from judging Junior Bake Off on the telly, from her magnificent cookbooks, including the recent Sugar I Love You, from her brilliant hospitality platform, @countertalk, or simply from hanging out in the QV club, charming all in her orbit.

@anna.atthetable has worked for Gordon Ramsay, Gramercy Tavern, Lyle’s and Flor and most recently at the much-adored River Cafe, where she was Executive Pastry Chef. Her masterful new book, The Last Bite, gives desserts the rarely seen attention they are due. That is, to take the same time and care as you would over a savoury showstopper.

@jeremyleeqv , our very own ‘King of Puddings’ never limits baking to the final course, but anyone who has darkened QV’s doors will be familiar with the kickshaws, the salsify in feuille de brick, the pissaladieres that rise from the kitchen like a procession of golden soldiers.

The menu for the Bake On supper will have a bite, sharing starters, mains and pudding, all with a baked element. Also included is a welcome drink, not baked.

Book via @resylondon, selecting 20th July and ‘QV & Friends’
