Here we have put together a selection of our current favourite wines. Whilst some may be familiar to you, we are particularly proud of the more “off piste” wines selected and the fact they all offer great value for money whatever the occasion.

| 2007 | Domaine de la Roc des Anges, VdP Pyrennes-Orientales | £44 | |
| A rare wine in that it has both incredible concentration and is wonderfully refreshing. Made from old vines deep in the Languedoc roussillion it’s intense apple and apricot scent is balanced by a clean, fresh finish. Simply delicious. | |||
| 2006 | Qupe Marsanne, Santa Ynez Valley, California | £44 | |
| An interesting new world take on this classic Rhone variety. Early picking allows the grapes to retain acidity and minerality making this an enjoyably drinkable wine. Classic stone fruit flavours and a decent weight make this extremely food friendly. | |||
| 2008 | Rully 1 Cru ‘Les Cloux’ Vincent Dureil-Janthial | £50 | |
| From one of Rully’s most revered producers, this stunning Chardonnay is a supremely elegant wine. A clean and delicate nose leads to a well structured pallete with hints of characteristic butter and yeast. | |||

| A delicately balanced wine which displays why California’s Russian River is considered to be one of the world’s finest Pinot Noir regions. Hint’s of sour cherry, mint and cinnamonare held together by a brisk and refreshing acidity. | |||
| 2007 | Morgon Cotes-du-Py Jean Foillard | £51 | |
| A delicious and understated wine, this is Beaujolais at it’s very best. Light and tangy with very low tannin it delivers delicious supple red fruits and fantastic lingering finish. Drink it with anything! | |||
| 2006 | Domaine Le Cazal Minervois | £32 | |
| Chunky without being heavy. Plenty of robust flavours that are typical of Minervois, but kept interesting with fine tanning and refreshing minerality. | |||
| 1997 | La Rioja Alta 904 Gran Reserva | £80 | |
| One of Rioja’s greatest producers delivers a Gran Reserva of incredible poise and remarkable freshness. Medium in body with soft silky tannins, the oak in this wine is perfectly balanced with fruit, providing an opulent and delicious wine. | |||
